Searchability are expanding again! An opportunity has opened for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Chester team and work alongside one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants on one of the busiest hot desks we have! You will assist with a variety of tasks that will include: candidate qualification, email marketing, database cleansing, data input and general administration duties. All of which will contribute towards training you up to eventually become an extremely successful Recruitment Consultant in the near future – with an impressive and competitive uncapped commission structure!

We would love to hear from applicants with an interest in not only recruitment and sales, but people with a flare for Digital & Social Media such as: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and any other modern platforms. Its recruiting with a twist – but it works, and it is very successful!

So….who are we?

A revolutionary digital recruitment agency, (minus the pin stripe suits & cloak and dagger attitude!) with around 20 years recruitment experience amongst our Consultants. Our main selling point is our digital arm of the business, which combines traditional recruitment methods with more modern means of resource across Social & Digital Media channels – its really quite funky and clever!

We are based in Chester city centre right next to Chester Racecourse – with easy links to Wirral, Cheshire, Manchester and North Wales.

Now 10 people strong, we are continuously building our team with local, ambitious, creative and dynamic individuals looking to break into the world of recruitment. With an excellent training package on offer, we will teach you everything we know and give you everything you need in order to succeed – at your own pace.

What do we need from you?

    • Ambition & Hard Work: If it was easy everyone would be doing it!
    • Creativity: We don’t do boring recruitment. We like to be different and so do our clients.
    • Social Media Savvy: Do you use Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest etc? An understanding of these platforms will massively help you build up your candidate networks.
    • Money Motivated: We pay market leading commission that includes all of our Resource & Trainee team.
    • Organisation: This is not an admin role, but a reasonable level of organisation does help. We wouldn’t want you drowning in CV’s!
    • Confidence: We need gutsy characters who are not afraid to make the important calls.

We require an administrative and organised character – but this is so much more than an admin role! We need people who are creative, dynamic and can think outside the box.
